For now six seasons, Gossip Girl has allowed us, addicted viewers, to have a glimpse into the lives of outrageously rich, famous and incredibly good-looking upper east siders. Fancy plots, betrayals, friendships, love and of course fashion were always excitingly and refreshingly staged throughout the years, offering fashion statements like no other sitcom could ever have. As we finally uncover the identify of GG, I would like to say farewell to the always dressed to the nines characters that have, each of them in their own way, inspire me and maybe inciting me to splurge a little too often ha! In fact, none of this would have been possible without the genius of costumer extraordinaire Eric Daman, the man responsible for putting together mesmerizing ensembles and clearly affecting how a generation conceive fashion. This gentleman had it coming for a long time working with the likes of Patricia Field (Sex and the City) and being discovered as a model by Steven Meisel.
We, at www.StylX.net, would like to raise our hat or dare we say headband to GG and to Mr. Eric Daman for the fabulous televised fashion magazine he has put up weekly and allowing us to dream and be inspired by such great talent. We are utterly excited by Daman new project as he will be styling a young Carrie Bradshaw in The Carrie Diaries set to air in January 2013.
